All engines disassembled and inspected for cracks. All main bearings are aligned honed. All cylinders are bored oversized and finished honed. All rods are reconditioned and balanced in sets. New rod and main bearings. Bearings are fitted to crankshaft with plastiguage. New cam bearings. New pistons and piston rings. New timing chain and/or gears. New hi-volume oil pump and pick-up screen. New lifters and push rods. New freeze plugs. Reground and micro-polished crankshaft. Heads are magnafluxed to check for cracks and other defects. All port holes and threads are checked to insure proper fit. All valve seats are resurfaced. All valves are refaced or replaced as needed. Exacting procedures assure perfect seating. All valve seals are replaced new. Valve springs are checked and replaced as needed. All valve guides are knurled and/or replaced. All head and most manifold surfaces are accurately resurfaced for a perfect gasket fit.
